Principal Software Engineer

• Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using Java, or similar.
• Design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and SDETs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Experience working in a Scrum Team.

Core Skills & Competencies

• Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.
• Back-End Development: Node.js, Express, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring), or .NET.
• Database Management: SQL (Oracle, Snowflake) and NoSQL (Redis).
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred but not required), Azure, or GCP
• Container Platforms: Redhat OpenShift, Kubernetes or similar.
• Messaging Technologies: Apache Kafka, IBM MQ.
• Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Karate).

• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and communication.

  Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
