Job Description

  • Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
  • Monitor application and infrastructure health.
  • Support deployments, releases, and automation activities.

  • Experience in Production Support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong API troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
  • PowerShell or scripting experience for automation tasks.

  • Experience with SFTP and GoAnywhere file transfer tools.
