Production Services Specialist

Foundational skills

• Experience systems support and analysis experience
• Experience in administration or development of CI-CD tools - including Bit Bucket, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible Tower, XLR and Sonar
• Experience in working with Enterprise Linux and MS Windows Server (preferred) in an administrative capacity
• Experience with WebSphere or tomcat administration
• Experience years technical Systems architecture & design
• Strong Production Support experience with ability to independently triage incidents, provide detailed root cause analysis along with Change/Problem Management experience
• Exposure and familiarity with application development lifecycle methodologies
• Ability to effectively communicate/present to all levels of the organization, including executive management
  • Willing to work in flexible shifts and on weekends/holidays (with comp-offs)
