Job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.

Define and drive the AI/ML roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and business) to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Technical Execution

Architect, design, and implement AI-powered systems leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and NLP frameworks.

Drive the end-to-end SDLC and PDLC — from data collection and model development to testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

Build and maintain AI infrastructure using AWS cloud services.

Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, or similar).

Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous task planning and reasoning.

Design scalable data and model architectures ensuring robustness, efficiency, and maintainability.

Lead model deployment efforts including containerization, CI/CD integration, and monitoring.

Collaboration & Innovation

Partner with data engineering teams to ensure clean, reliable data pipelines.

Work with product teams to align AI capabilities with user experience goals.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, NLP, and Agentic AI, and integrate best practices into development.
