AI Expert / Lead AI Implementer

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Expert to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence within our development lifecycle. In this role, you will bridge the gap between AI strategy and technical execution by implementing AI solutions in ongoing projects, upskilling our engineering teams, and consulting with clients to propose innovative AI use cases. You will serve as the primary advocate for AI adoption, driving innovation through hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

Lead the practical implementation of AI strategies and roadmaps across various software development projects to ensure successful integration.

Training & Enablement

Train, mentor, and influence developers and testers on leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance coding, QA, and automated testing processes.



Client Consulting

Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings to identify business challenges and propose high-value, actionable AI use cases.



Proof of Concept (PoC)

Design, conduct, and evaluate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging AI technologies to validate technical feasibility and business value.
Showcasing & Advocacy

Present and showcase successful AI implementations, PoC results, and best practices to internal engineering teams, leadership, and external clients.
