Job Description
- Design, implement, and refine testing plans, processes, and procedures to identify potential issues effectively.
- Ensure products, services, and systems enhancements and customizations meet customer requirements and expectations, Business Systems processes, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with system administrators and development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports or emails that detail findings and recommendations for quality enhancement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.
What are we looking for?
Experience and Education:
- 3+ years in QA testing and Test Plan authoring
- Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
Primary Skills: The candidate must possess the following primary skills:
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role testing Business Systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
- Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios based on requirements documents, Case Descriptions, and interactions with appropriate Business Systems Admins, Developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
- Ability to document test scripts, execute test scripts, and triage issues.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to identify system issues that could lead to significant problems.
- Has experience with QA test automation with tools such as Katalon, AccelQ, Playwright, Selenium or similar tools.
- Understands basic AI fundamentals and with general guidance, can self-study and research how to test Conversational AI agent prompts.
- Ability to work until 3pm CT (Mon – Fri)
