QA Automation Lead — Shift-Left & DevSecOps

Responsibilities

• Define test automation strategy across UI, API, performance, and security testing.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with shift-left quality principles.
• Lead a team of 5–8 QA engineers across client delivery programs.
• Drive security testing practices (SAST, DAST) aligned with DevSecOps pipelines.

Requirements

• 6+ years in QA, with 3+ years leading automation initiatives.
• Expert-level Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, or equivalent framework.
• Experience with API testing (RestAssured, Postman, Karate) and performance testing (JMeter, k6).
• CI/CD integration experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
