Job Description
- Design and build APIs and backend services using Java
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to best practices through code reviews
- Architect and develop scalable, distributed systems that support revenue calculation and developer payout workflows
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders including Accounting and Treasury to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in software engineering
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Agentic AI systems to automate decision-making and improve productivity
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for mission-critical payment services
- Drive cross-team alignment and consensus on technical solutions and architectural decisions
