Quality Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks to support continuous testing efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices in testing and automation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks relevant to full stack application environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous testing strategies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts that enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support automated testing processes.
- Competence in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing defects to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
