Quality Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of testing procedures and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing methodologies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management, Automated Testing, Functional Test Planning.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Experience in designing and executing functional, regression, and API testing to ensure software quality.
- Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Skilled in configuring test environments and managing test data to simulate real-world scenarios.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
