Job Description
- Design and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria
- Apply effective test planning techniques to ensure appropriate coverage of functional, integration, and regression testing
- Validate end-to-end business workflows across D365 modules and integrated systems
- Contribute to test automation using Selenium, focusing on critical business flows and regression coverage
- Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning, ensuring requirements are clear, testable, and complete
- Perform manual and automated regression testing in staging environments
- Identify, log, and manage defects with clear severity, impact, and reproducibility
- Participate in defect triage, helping prioritize issues based on business impact and risk
- Collaborate closely with Developers, BSAs, and Product teams to clarify requirements and validate fixes
- Support UAT readiness by ensuring features meet quality and stability expectations
- Contribute to test reporting, including execution progress, defect trends, and coverage gaps
- Proactively identify risks, gaps in testing, and opportunities for improvement early in the lifecycle
