SDE Cloudops

Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain, monitor and manage mission critical cloud environments and applications in a mission critical 24x7 environment.
• Deploy new releases as/when requested by application teams.
• Support different application teams in there day to day tasks and service requests.
• Monitoring the health of infrastructure, deployed services and report any application alerts/errors.
• Colloborate with application teams during triage and resolution of operation issues.
• Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used with in the organization.
• Required to monitor the staging, development and production environments, and if necessary, troubleshoot to resolve and or escalate any system, application or operational issues.
• Responsible for opening, updating, providing status and closing tickets.
• Performs diagnostic / assessment functions to include the determination and the execution of corrective actions(s) on real-time basis.
