Job Description
- Salesforce Development Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
- Build custom applications using: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura.
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
- Customize objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and security models
- DevOps & Release Management.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket).
- Handle version control, branching strategies, and code reviews. Automate deployments across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod).
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and release governance. Monitor deployments and troubleshoot release issues.
- Production Support & On-Call. Participate in on-call rotation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Work closely with business and support teams during incident management
- Maintain system stability and uptime.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management.
- Work with product owners, architects, and business teams to gather requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and solution design. Document technical solutions and processes.
