Job Description

You’ll develop relevant test plans based on requirements, working with developers, administrators, and functional consultants as needed to ensure full understanding.

You’ll execute test cases to validate application functionality and performance.

You’ll provide testing support and expertise across the SDLC, collaborating with technical teams to deliver end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions where relevant.

You’ll implement and execute regression testing strategies to maintain platform stability, particularly ahead of major releases.

You’ll identify, accurately document, and raise defects with the appropriate teams, collaborating through to resolution.

You’ll analyse defect trends and propose opportunities to improve testing efficiency through enhanced automation and process improvements.

You’ll assist with generating or seeding relevant test data sets as required.

You’ll use customer insights to help inform and guide business initiatives.

You’ll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.

You’ll ensure all confidential information is handled in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.

You’ll maintain strong customer relationships and consistently uphold high standards of customer relationship management.

You’ll ensure all interactions and communications are of the highest professional standard, clearly and appropriately engaging all stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group, providing regular reporting and timely updates.
And what are we looking for?

You’ll bring a relevant tertiary qualification in IT, engineering, or business, with Salesforce certification considered ideal.

You’ll demonstrate 2+ years of testing experience, with strong proficiency in creating and executing test cases.

You’ll have proven experience working as a tester on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud.

You’ll bring exposure to integration testing and/or automated testing tools and frameworks, which will be viewed as an advantage.

You’ll demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform best practices.

You’ll communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
