Job Description
What you bring:
- Relevant experience of 7 to 10 years, preferably in IT Industry
- Must Know: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools(MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation and communication), Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools, retrospective tool
- Good to Know: JIRA, SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Draw.io, Power BI, SharePoint
- Agile Methodology: Expertise in iterative development, user story creation, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.
- SAFe Methodology (Good to know): Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business requirements with the SAFe framework to ensure successful large-scale Agile implementations.
