Senior AI Developer

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
Build and integrate LLM-based applications using APIs and custom workflows
Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) or Java (Spring Boot)
Implement and manage multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs and external systems
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, and engineering teams
Implement best practices for AI safety, security, and compliance
Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decisions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

5+ years of experience (4 years in IT and 1 year in AI)

Must to have:

. Development of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
. Python, experience in FastAPI
. Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
. LLM APIs and model integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI)
. Development experience with Java or Python (Spring Boot, FastAPI, REST APIs)

 
Good to have:
 
. Banking Domain (Regulatory requirements, risk management, and compliance needs)
. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
. containerization (Docker, YAML configuration) and CI/CD practices
. AI safety, bias, and compliance
. secure authentication protocols (Entra ID, OKTA, SAML)
. fine-tuning LLMs
. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
