Senior AI Engineer

• Take full ownership of technical implementation based on system designs provided by the Product Lead.
• Architect and maintain the bridge between our React frontend and Python AI services.
• Ensure high code quality and maintainability across a full-stack environment.
• Collaborate synchronously during core overlap hours to iterate on game logic and AI behaviours.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of AI and backend engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work closely with Product/Design leads to implement complex specifications.
• Strong proficiency in both TypeScript and Python.
• Experience creating Virtual Bots with the best performances from development to production (0 to 1).
• Experience with STT (Google and Whisper) and TTS (Google, Eleven Labs) models.
• Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, RAG, or LLM orchestration is highly desirable.
• Experience with NLP, LLM model deployment and LLM finetuning.
• Expertise in AI-augmented development workflows, leveraging tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate high-velocity software delivery.
