Job Description
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI Agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and similar agentic frameworks
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs and other foundation models for specific business use cases
- Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector search systems
- Design AI agents with cost-efficiency and production reliability as first-class concerns from day one
- Integrate various LLMs across cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), HuggingFace models, and local LLMs using Ollama and llama.cpp
- Monitor, trace, and debug AI systems using observability tools like LangSmith to ensure quality and reliability in production
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Optimize AI systems for latency, cost, and scalability in production environments
- Define and enforce best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment
- Stay current with the latest research and bring relevant advancements into the product
