Job Description
- Apply strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning to evaluate AI behavior, identify issues, and minimize repetitive questioning
- Validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business and mortgage process requirements
- Collaborate effectively with internal development teams and external vendors, proactively communicating questions, findings, and updates
- Clearly communicate testing progress, risks, and results to stakeholders
- Isolate, replicate, and validate defects across integrated systems
- Support troubleshooting of escalated issues involving AI functionality
- Support QA leadership in identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups
- Manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Create, execute, and maintain test suites for AI-driven features and workflows
- Develop and maintain test cases based on technical specifications, AI use cases, and mortgage business processes
- Identify, document, and track defects, including issues specific to AI behavior and performance
