Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AI/ML pipelines using Azure (Azure ML, Databricks, Cognitive Services, ADLS, etc.)
• Develop models for Image Processing, Object Detection, Document Parsing, and Information Extraction
• Lead end-to-end projects: data collection, preprocessing, annotation, model building, training, validation, and deployment.
• Apply frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and integrate with REST APIs and other digital sources.
• Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for ML pipelines.
• Guide junior team members, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices.
• Proven track record of independently developing and driving multiple end to end AI projects, right from data collection, data annotation, model training and deployment, with global collaboration.

Must-Have Skills

• Python, C++, SQL, Elasticsearch, LiteDB
• Deep experience in Computer Vision, OCR, Document Intelligence, and NLP.
• Cloud platforms: Azure (preferred), AWS – with services like Azure ML, ADLS, Azure Functions, etc.
• ML engineering: MLOps, CI/CD, annotation tooling, and ML deployment practices.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering (bonus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI services like Form Recognizer, Custom Vision, Text Analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Global collaboration experience with cross-functional teams.
