Senior Cloud Engineer

What you will do:

• Analyse and managing end-to-end technical cloud solutions for Ericsson customers.
• Implement and verify the configuration and integration of Cloud Solutions.
• Work with core teams to develop detailed technical offerings and proposals.
• Support deployment of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware compatibility and integration with software and networking components.
• Conduct performance testing and optimization of hardware to meet high availability and scalability requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues.
• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters to support containerized applications.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and operations of application containers.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the Kubernetes environment.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate containerized applications into the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment processes.
• Design and implement networking solutions to support cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Administer and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including hardware, software, and configuration problems. 

The skills you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of Experience with RedHat OpenShift, Openstack, Ceph storage, Kubernetes, network protocols, routing, switching, and security.
• Strong knowledge of cloud RedHat OpenShift, Openstack, Ceph storage, Kubernetes and technologies. Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible)
• CKA certification will be an added advantage.
