7+ years of relevant experience
Strong coding skills in in at least one of the following - Python, Javascript, Ruby, Java
Experience with cloud computing toolsets like - Terraform, Packer, etc.
Experience with configuration management tools - Chef, Puppet, etc.
Experience with public clouds - OCI or AWS
Experience and knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing
Sysadmin level experience with a demonstrated knowledge of OS lifecycle management and the ability to solve complex OS troubleshooting - CentOS, OEL, RedHat
Strongly versed across a variety of tools, hardware and software that include but are not limited to Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Harness, VMWare
Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.
Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, NTP, DNS, SMTP
Knowledge and the desire to automate manual tasks encountered in Xactly’s compute infrastructure, configuration management and applications
Knowledge of Git, Jira
Are detail oriented, have the ability to build reliable and scalable solutions
Are able to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
You’re self-driven, motivated, with a strong work ethic and passion for problem solving and are comfortable with context switching
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Bachelors/Masters degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
