Senior Consultant - AI Engineer

 Design and develop production-grade LLM-powered applications and Generative AI solutions that address complex business and tax-related challenges.

·       Build and integrate AI capabilities — including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering frameworks — into enterprise applications and services.

·       Help Architect and implement scalable AI integrations across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.

·       Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using structured and unstructured data, applying techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, and fine-tuning of large language models.

·       Own MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, performance monitoring, bias detection, data drift management, and model retraining workflows.

·       Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, business analysts, and tax professionals to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable AI solutions.

·       Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices across the team.

·       Produce comprehensive documentation covering AI architectures, data sources, model design, API specifications, and deployment processes.

·       Champion responsible AI principles, ensuring adherence to data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the development lifecycle.

·       Stay current with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI technologies, LLM frameworks, and industry best practices, bringing relevant innovations to the team.
