Senior Data Engineer - Analytics

• Design and optimize scalable data pipelines and transformation processes to deliver reliable, high-quality data for analytics and decision-making. 
• Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that turn data into actionable business insights. 
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into effective analytics solutions. 
• Develop scalable data models that enable consistent reporting and trusted business intelligence across functions. 
• Own end-to-end analytics delivery, ensuring solutions align with business priorities and create measurable value.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics, with the ability to deliver end-to-end data solutions independently.
• Advanced expertise in SQL, including data transformation, ETL development, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts and build effective partnerships.
  • A continuous learning mindset and interest in modern cloud-based analytics technologies such as Azure Databricks and related platforms.
