Senior Data Engineer

• 3+ years building production systems on Databricks
• Demonstrated experience with Delta Live Tables, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark at production scale
• Working knowledge of Unity Catalog, Delta Lake versioning, and Databricks SQL
• Strong Python skills for data transformation and pipeline logic
• Experience using Genie for writing code, building reports and establishing spaces.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs from Databricks and using connectors.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD for data pipelines, and dev/staging/prod environment management
• Comfortable with data modelling concepts in a Lakehouse context

Required — General

• 6+ years of overall data engineering experience
• Strong SQL across both T-SQL and ANSI/cloud SQL dialects
• Excellent communication skills; able to work directly with senior client-facing stakeholders
• Experience building pipelines that feed reporting tools such as Power BI

Preferred — Databricks

• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional certification
• Experience with MLflow for model tracking and Databricks Feature Store

Preferred — Microsoft Stack

• MS SQL Server and SSIS
• Azure Data Factory
• Power BI development
• C# or .NET development
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or marketing automation platforms as data sources
