Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion.
• Develop and optimize data solutions on Snowflake, ensuring high performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP systems and third-party platforms.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across data pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data workflows.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, transformation, and orchestration.
• Support data migration and modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Matillion ETL.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex query optimization.
• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ELT/ETL frameworks.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience in the Manufacturing domain.
• Understanding of ERP and supply chain systems such as:
  • Infor M3
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Blue Yonder
• Exposure to data integration with enterprise applications.
• Exposure to Azure services.
