Senior Data Engineerz

Coordinate with the business and data owners to design and build new data models within Azure — 30%

• Lead discussions with IT for data exposure prioritization and cloud platform maintenance — 15%

• Monitor data pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth and efficient data operations. — 15%

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing — 25%

• Ensure data quality and security of the data pipelines, replicating the security structure provided by the raw data sources being accessed — 15%

Secondary Responsibilities

• Ability to achieve project goals and objectives by applying the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about successful project completion

• Continuously seek out industry best practice and skills to develop new capabilities for data engineering at McCormick and help drive our digital transformation

Required Qualifications

Level of Education and Discipline
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Science, or related field
