• 7+ years of experience in DevOps & platform engineering with architecture exposure
• Proven experience in designing and delivering Internal Developer Platforms (IDP)
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, pipeline-as-code)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and cloud-native architecture
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with governance frameworks, standards, and enterprise environments

What You’ll Do 

• Define and evolve DevOps and platform engineering strategy across the organization 

• Design scalable and secure platform architectures supporting multiple business units 

• Lead the implementation and operation of Hansen’s Internal Developer Platform (IDP) 

• Establish CI/CD standards, reusable pipelines, and governance practices 

• Embed security, compliance, and quality checks into DevOps workflows 

• Drive adoption of DevOps tooling, standards, and best practices across teams 

• Monitor platform performance, metrics, and continuously improve delivery outcomes 

• Collaborate with architecture, product, and engineering teams to align platform capabilities
