Java Developer

• Develop and maintain J2EE projects for our clients spread across the globe. The scope of work includes new development, defect resolution, test script development, and providing workarounds for critical issues.
• The person shall work independently with minimal supervision and set the right expectations with the customers
• Shall follow the prescribed project-specific practices - Kanban, Scrum, test-driven development, feature-driven development, or similar agile methodologies.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience developing REST endpoints using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC frameworks, and JMS and validating them using test scripts.
• Strong skills using JPA Methods, JPQL, or HQL using Hibernate ORM with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL databases.
• Exposure to Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Micro Services, MongoDB or any NoSQL, GIT, Maven, AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

We are not looking for someone who is

• Not willing to work from OSI office in Hyderabad
• Cannot leverage AI tools like Cursor
• Not worked directly under the client(s)
  • Restrict to only to team management.
