Responsibilities

Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and optimize resource utilization on cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS, SQS, RDS
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub) to automate software builds, tests, and deployments
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications into the production environment
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Cloudformation and Terraform
Implement security best practices in the development and deployment processes
Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in DevOps
Work with a fantastic group of people in a supportive environment where training, learning and growth are embraced
Enhance application security measures and implement best practices to safeguard sensitive data
Take ownership of infrastructure projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives from platform engineering perspective
Support and enhance existing platform, ensuring it meets ongoing business requirements

What We’re Looking For:

5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
Excellent hands-on proficiency on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS, SQS, RDS) and Infrastructure templating using Terraform
Experience with maintaining database servers – SQL-Server & Postgres
Experience working with Windows as well as Linux OS and in containerization strategies
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, PRTG, Cloudwatch)
Hand-on familiarity with test-driven CI/CD frameworks
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
