Platform Engineering & Cloud Transformation 

- Own DevOps architecture across AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, TGW, VPC) 

- Manage multi-environment platform (DEV, QA, NFT, UAT, PROD) 

- Lead enterprise environment standardization and client onboarding 

DevOps & Automation 

- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) 

- Lead GitHub migration and automation frameworks 

- Develop AI-driven automation workflows 

DevSecOps, Compliance & Governance 

- Ensure Concord and DORA compliance 

- Manage vulnerability remediation (WIZ, Fortify, Mend) 

- Maintain security standards and patching cycles 

Kubernetes & Infrastructure 

- Manage EKS lifecycle and upgrades 

- Implement autoscaling (HPA, VPA, Karpenter) 

- Lead ARM/Graviton migration 

Observability & Operations 

- Implement monitoring (Splunk, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) 

- Ensure platform reliability and incident management 

Leadership 

- Lead global DevOps/SRE team 

- Drive roadmap execution and stakeholder communication 

Required Skills: 

- AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform 

- CI/CD (GitHub, Jenkins) 

- DevSecOps tools (WIZ, Fortify, Mend) 

- Observability tools (Splunk, Prometheus) 

- Strong leadership experience
