Job Description
What you will do
- Lead development and enhancement of TDM tool functionalities.
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
- Implement and optimise monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Loki, Tempo).
- Maintain highly available and secure systems on AWS Cloud.
- Guide the team in adopting new technologies and improving system NFRs (resilience, performance, cost).
- Conduct security assessments using SAST and DAST tools.
- Apply GitOps principles and infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform).
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage risks effectively.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.
Who you are
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Java development and 2+ years in DevSecOps.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud automation.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid working models.
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred certifications: SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, Java.
- Additional experience in Kafka, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
