Senior Engineer - Infrastructure Observability & Automation

Core Technical Expertise:

• Automation, Virtualization, Containers: Expert in Linux, Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash. Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (including Helm), and VMware vCenter.
• Monitoring & Observability: Expert in Prometheus and Grafana (across all layers: hardware, hypervisor, OS, containers, applications). Hands-on experience with Promtail, Loki, OpenTelemetry, ELK stack, and Jaeger.
• DevOps Tooling: Experienced with ArgoCD and Workflows, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, YAML and JSON, REST APIs, forward & reverse proxies, load balancers, Kubernetes Ingress, and MongoDB.
• ITSM & Alerting Integration: Integration experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and PagerDuty.
• Certifications (Must-Have):
  • AWS Certified (Cloud)
  • Red Hat Ansible Certified (Automation)
  • CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
