Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

Work as a Senior platform engineer to develop and maintain Kubernetes platforms
-
Assist in bridging skillsets and facilitate knowledge sharing across the development team, fostering a cross-functional environment where every team member can effectively contribute
-
Using problem-solving skills, you will strive to quickly identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs for optimal user experience
-
Maintain existing clusters and continuous updates, ensuring code quality and automation
-
Work in a modern Agile environment to deliver customer value with regular cadence
Basic Requirements & Experience Expectations:
-
6+ years of experience in industry performing Kubernetes Platform Engineering
-
Must Experience and strong knowledge on container technology platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift / Azure Kubernetes / AWS EKS etc.
-
4-year (bachelors) degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field
-
Understanding Firewall / Load Balancer / Network integration
-
Experience working with Azure and AWS cloud platform is a must. Preferably AWS.

Experience with Agile and DevOps development methodologies
-
Automate our container infrastructure hosted on Cloud
-
Good to have an experience in implementing Service mesh Administration on Kubernetes platform and hands-on with mesh capabilities
-
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Grafana.

Experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform and Ansible is a must require
-
Experience working with continuous integration/continuous deployment tools (e.g. GitHub Actions)
-
Develop custom tools as needed to support process optimization, challenging the status-quo and improving operational efficiency
-
Good to have an experience in GO lang / python
-
Practical experience with AWS, particularly services like AWS CDK, EC2, IAM, VPC, CFT and Lambda etc.

Good to have understanding on Redis and Elasticsearch
-
Good to have an understanding on authentication and authorization
-
Understanding of IT life cycle methodology & processes
