Senior Engineer (Ericsson Cloud SME )

The Skill you Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Ericsson Cloud, NFVI, SDN, OpenStack, and Kubernetes operations.
• Strong expertise in Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment (CEE 9, CEE 10), CNIS, ECCD, SDI, vCIC, Fuel, and RTE.
• In-depth knowledge of Juniper, Pluribus, Extreme SLX switches/routers, F5/A10 Load Balancers, and Juniper/FortiGate Firewalls.
• Experience with Ericsson SDN (ODL), Kubernetes (RedHat OpenShift, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine).
• Hands-on expertise in Cloud Storage (Nexenta, Ceph) and Hyperscale Cloud Hardware (Ericsson HDS8000, BSP8100, Dell, HPE).
• Strong scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, Ansible for automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Ericsson OMC, Zabbix, ZenOSS, Nagios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and collaboration mindset.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 support model.
