Senior Engineer, Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Highly technical hands-on role with DevOps and related technologies including AWS, AZURE, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Python, Lambda etc.
• Ability to Develop & maintain deployment pipelines using ADO - Shared frameworks.
• Design and implement technical solutions for containerized architecture using Docker, EKS, Helm etc.
• Implement security and vulnerability scans for all pipelines and automate communication to remediate the issues.
• Manage source code repositories, branches and versioning in ADO to ensure effective collaboration and version control.
• Manage and optimize the performance, availability and cost-efficiency of Kubernetes/Pods based workloads in EKS.
• Implement Helm charts and Kubernetes manifest for application deployment and environment configurations.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration for application code and infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years of extensive experience on the infrastructure management, cloud-based environments, backup and restore procedures, disaster recovery activities.
• Experience of AWS, auto scaling, Docker EE, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in implementing and manage monitoring solutions using Datadog to ensure high availability, performance.
• Experience in optimizing infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance and scalability, with a focus on continuous improvement and driving cost-saving initiative.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services, containers and infrastructure components.
• Experience with designing Datadog and Kibana dashboards and setting up monitoring and alert systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Management to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployments, testing and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum processes and practices.
