Job Description

Own incident management for production systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive measures based on monitoring and alerts.

Lead 24/7 operational support through an on‑call rotation model.

Manage and oversee production deployments, change creation, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.

Drive operational excellence across infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and platform reliability.

Design, maintain, and improve monitoring dashboards and alerting (Dynatrace preferred).

Ensure proper documentation of incidents, runbooks, changes, and procedures (Confluence).
-
Coordinate closely with the onshore team to ensure alignment, handoffs, and clear communication.

Enforce operational processes, standards, and continuous improvement within the team.
