Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams, and business stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end testing strategies and prepare test plans through the use of quality processes and methodologies.
• Create tests to identify software problems.
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
• Document the results of tests for the software development team.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
• Works together with the software development team to enhance and improve the quality of the software.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

• B. Tech, B. E., MCA.
• Proven experience as a manual and automation tester.
• Good debugging skills and troubleshooting.
• Experience in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, Node.js, Intern, or Selenium.
• Experience in CI/CD, agile methodologies, and cloud services (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with shell scripting.
• Experience in system functional and performance testing.
• Experience in version control systems (GIT, SVN) and bug tracking tools (Bugzilla, Jira).
