Senior Software Engineer

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., selection making), Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure, or specialization in a ML related field.
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, with building and deploying production-level models.
• Experience in collaborating with product teams, understanding their goals and working in partnership to make them a reality through AI solutions.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams including product managers, researchers and other stakeholders, across multiple time zones to drive Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption and integration.
