Lead Software Engineer

• The Fidelity Digital Asset Management Technology team is responsible for Digital Asset Management platform and Crypto Products.
• Enforce DB Engineering practices with all team members globally
• Contribute to Deliveries and Releases of the Digital Asset Management platform and related components on AWS Cloud
• Communicate effectively with other AMTech Application teams and adopt of IT Blueprint for application
• Work alongside large multifunctional teams and promote DB engineering with experience, preferably in Asset Management domain

Technical

• Strong hands-on experience in working on key initiative and green-field Engineering projects
• Strong understanding of Engineering Practices like Code Review, Branching Patterns, etc
• Strong Communication skills
• Required Technical skillset:
  • AWS Cloud (EC2, Lambda, EMR, S3, Spark)
  • Good programming skills (Oracle SQL and PL/SQL) and also have skills (Python, scripting etc.).
  • CI/CD Pipelines
  • DB Testing Tools
• Experienced in ALM tools like JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Git

The Skills that are Good to Have for this role

• Good knowledge in ETL
• Unix and Shell Scripting Basics
• Job Scheduling Technologies like Autosys or Crontab
• Added hands-on experience with Blockchain, will be an advantage
  • AWS certification is good to have
