ServiceNow Senior DevOps Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user management, security, and data integrity.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.

• Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

• Build,maintaining, and optimize CI/CD pipelines

• Responsible for operations lifecycle, comfortable to add value to the End-to-end BUILD lifecycle

• Trouble shoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

About you 

Skills

• 8+ Years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role.

• Advanced Expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines

• Advanced Level of understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

• Advanced Scripting skills, highly proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies

• Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt.

• Can design, implement, and extend functionalities across multiple modules, ensuring that solutions align with the broader business processes.

• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, extensive experience with the platform, able to handle complex challenges and troubleshoot advanced issues.

• Very comfortable with the End to end BUILD lifecycle

• Can make high-level technical decisions and define the overall design, architecture, and approach to development projects.

• Knowledgeable in Security and Access Control, ensuring best practices in access control lists (ACLs), data protection, and compliance standards

• Have the ability to work independently on complex, configurations and advanced projects 

• Acts as a mentor to junior developers, guiding them through challenges

• ServiceNow Administrator certification is a must.
