Software Development Engineer

Build and ship scalable systems and applications
Own features end-to-end (design → development → production)
Design APIs, data flows, and system architecture
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability
Work on async systems (queues, background jobs, workflows)
Collaborate closely with product and design

Anyone can write MERN. We want people who can run systems.

Must-Have
Strong in Node.js and React / Next.js
Solid JavaScript (ES6+), working knowledge of TypeScript
Experience with SQL + NoSQL databases
Familiarity with Redis and async programming patterns
Comfortable with AI-first development (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
Experience with Git

Good-to-Have
Built or worked on AI/ML projects
Understanding of vector embeddings
Familiarity with Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
