- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Software Engineering with programming experience in more Backend tech stacks like .NET, Java, etc.
- 2+ years of proven hands-on technical skills working on large scale production systems
- BSC or MSC in Software Eng. or Computer Eng.
- Strong problem analysis skills
- Team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Attention to details and passion for quality engineering
- Demonstrate success dealing with ambiguous “unsolved” problems; and the ability to independently make solid progress by breaking new ground
