Job Description
Main responsibilities
- Work in DevOps model, incident handling, maintenance and working on projects
- Support procurement processes such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, and Contract Management.
- Collaborate with business users to understand procurement requirements and document functional and technical specifications.
- Support workshops and solution demonstrations to gather feedback.
- Assist in developing technical solutions (e.g., custom reports, workflows, interfaces) using SAP technologies.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide solutions within the S/4HANA procurement environment.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and process improvements.
- Work on integrations between S/4HANA and other systems like SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, or non-SAP systems (Maximo).
- Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Support end-user training and adoption of new processes and solutions.
Do you fit the profile?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in SAP P2P with 1+ end-to-end implementation of SRM or S/4HANA SSP.
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically the Sourcing and Procurement modules (MM, SRM, or Ariba).
- Familiarity with procurement processes: P2P (Procure-to-Pay), requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoicing.
- Good understanding of procurement processes in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, category management, supplier management, etc.
- Good knowledge of creating FS/TS, Blueprints
- S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification preferred.
- Outstanding English verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and creative; having the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
- Adaptive to change and comfortable in a fast-changing technology environment.
- Having worked in Agile setup would be an advantage.
