Software Engineering Intern

Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and talented Software Engineering Intern to join our Voice Engineering team. You will play a key role in developing our conversational AI platform, with a focus on creating robust and deterministic outcomes through innovative prompt engineering. This is a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a real-world setting, learn from experienced engineers, and help shape the future of talent engagement. This is an on-site role in our Bangalore office, and you will be required to work from the office five days a week.

What You'll Do

• Develop and write LLM prompts to achieve predictable and deterministic outcomes for our conversational AI solutions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and APIs for our Voice Engineering platform.
• Work with data stored in SQL databases to optimise data models to support new features.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise code.

Job Requirement

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable and creative in writing LLM prompts to guide models toward specific, deterministic responses.
• Practical Knowledge in an object-oriented programming language, with a preference for Python.
• Knowledge of SQL, with hands-on experience using MySQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
