JOB DESCRIPTION

Code, design, execute and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products 
Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of the R&D tasks 
Work with Technical Relationship managers & Architects to understand the client-initiated R&D requests 
Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution  
Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure
Co-ordinate with on site teams for delivery of the project
Train and mentor junior engineers to bring them to speed.

An Engineering bachelor’s degree (BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science with at least 10+ years of software development experience, 

Candidates must have strong working knowledge with Java 8 or above, Hibernate, Spring Boot, angular, any testing framework like Junit/cypress/others 
Additionally, candidates must have worked with at least one database MySQL/oracle/Postgres SQL and microservices architecture
Proven experience in designing scalable microservices solutions  ,good understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID principles, debugging skills and usage of log frameworks like elk or any other
Strong understanding of frontend technologies like CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular as well as coding skill and responsive design coding for all devices

Candidates with working knowledge of Angular are preferred 
Additionally, candidates with knowledge of CI/CD, docker and Kubernetes are preferred  
Candidates with the knowledge of any message queue – RabbitMQ/Kafka/others are preferred
Demonstrated track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade software development experience 
Previous experience in providing technical guidance. 
Strong background in continuous integration practices. 
Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams  
Ability to advocate & influence multiple stakeholders 
Must have already worked (or) familiarity with agile methodologies. 
Excellent analytical and reasoning skills  
Excellent communication skills both written and oral 
- Ability to learn new domains and deliver output
