Your Role

Design, implement, and govern Splunk ITSI and Observability solutions aligned with CIS standards.
Maintain and optimize Splunk infrastructure, configurations, and integrations (e.g., SNMP, HEC, log files, add-ons).
Monitor system health, data ingestion, forwarder status, and application performance.
Develop SPL queries, correlation searches, NEAP policies, and custom dashboards.
Introduce new functionalities and automation capabilities across customer-owned tools.
Build business cases by quantifying tool benefits and calculating TCO.
Implement SRE practices to eliminate toil and improve operational efficiency.

10+ years of experience in tools management, infrastructure/cloud delivery, or solution architecture.
Hands-on expertise with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Observability, and tool integrations.
Familiarity with open-source monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Opsview.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Unix/Linux, Python, Shell).
Experience with ServiceNow, AIOps platforms, and ITSM/Event Management tools.
