Sr. AI Agentic Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and deploy agentic solutions and conversational AI agents.
• Leverage Databricks and/or Azure AI foundry
• Integrate the agents with enterprise systems, data sources, and APIs for contextual, real-time responses.
• Optimize conversation flows, implement prompt engineering best practices, and utilize analytics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and communicate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intelligent agent solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance policies across all developed solutions.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Software programing and development using Python.
• Experience with LLM's and python agentic frameworks.
• Experience in Databricks or Azure AI foundry
• Certification on Azure Open AI or MS AI Fundamentals would be highly preferred. 
• Azure Function App - for creating serverless functions to handle event-driven tasks.
• AI Model Development - designing, training, and deploying machine learning models. 
• Familiarity with various algorithms and techniques for supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably MS Azure) for deploying and managing AI solutions. 
• Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
