Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for UI, functional, and regression testing.
Support manual and exploratory testing activities to validate new or changing functionality.
Ensure appropriate automation coverage for critical business workflows and regression scenarios.
Integrate and maintain automated tests within Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous validation.
Log, track, and manage defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence, working closely with development teams to drive timely resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, documentation standards, and Agile quality assurance practices.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including developers, analysts, and other quality assurance team members.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Proven experience in automation testing and functional validation within complex application environments.
Strong understanding of UI testing, regression testing, and test execution best practice.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and familiarity with defect and test management tools such as Jira.
Working knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and experience working within sprint-based teams.
Good analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues, validate outcomes, and communicate defects clearly.
Basic AI literacy, including the ability to use tools such as Microsoft Copilot, write effective prompts, and review AI-generated outputs critically.

Experience with Selenium and Java-based automation frameworks.
Exposure to API testing, database validation, and data quality checks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Previous experience supporting migration, transformation, or platform modernization initiatives.
Awareness of emerging AI use cases in software testing, including test design support, automation acceleration, and analysis of test results.
Ability to use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot effectively through clear prompting, structured requests, and critical validation of generated outputs.
