Sr. AI Engineers - Tieto Tech Consulting

• Lead design and development of end-to-end AI solutions
• Build and scale RAG-based systems and LLM applications
• Design and implement agentic AI and multi-agent systems
• Develop production-grade AI APIs and microservices
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using (Anyone) LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel — selecting the right pattern (ReAct, self-reflection, hierarchical delegation, plan-and-execute) per use case
• Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers; implement A2A (Agent2Agent) integration patterns for enterprise multi-agent environments
• Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms
• Optimize performance, latency, and cost of AI systems
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code/design reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions

Must Have Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong programming expertise in Python
• Strong experience with LLMs
  • GPT, Gemini, Claude
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI systems
  • LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
• Strong experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search
• Expertise in Context Engineering, Harness Engineering,
• Build and maintain evaluation harnesses for RAG quality: accuracy, faithfulness, hallucination rate, context precision and recall, latency
• Strong experience in NLP applications
  • Chatbots, Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Q&A systems
• Strong experience with MLOps  
  • MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Vertex AI Pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with databases
  • PostgreSQL, Snowflake
• Experience with Vector Databases
  • Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS
• Integrate AI agents and pipelines with enterprise systems: REST/GraphQL APIs, event streaming , databases, and document stores
• Implement security and compliance controls within AI pipelines: PII redaction, output filtering, prompt injection defence, audit logging, and role-based access to AI capabilities
• Experience with web frameworks
  • Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit
• Experience with at least one cloud platform
  • AWS / Azure / GCP
• Agentic Coding tools (any one) – Claude Code, GitHub Copilot
  • Creating skills, Agents, plugins in Agentic Coding tools
• Experience in model deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Strong communication + mentoring ability
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
